What is the return policy?
All items are final sale. At this time as a small mission focused business we are unable to accept returns. If there is something wrong with your order please reach out to hello@wildability.org with your order number and a description of the issue and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you need to exchange sizes please email and we will do our best to help with what stock we have available - however as a small mission focused organization at this time we would ask that you cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.
Where do you ship?
We ship both in Canada, USA, and Internationally. Shipping prices are provided at checkout. International shipping rates depend on your selected country and rates are set by the 3rd party shipping companies not WildAbility so unfortunately we do not have control over international shipping prices.
When will my order be processed?
We aim to package and process all orders and ship within 3 days. Shipping tracking will be sent via email once available.

We are on a mission to redefine outdoorsy and empower the next generation of diverse climate activists, outdoor leaders and nature lovers. We believe that nature - and its protection - is for everybody.
What does my order support?
Your purchase of our collection supports our mission at Wildability to create the next gen of climate leaders and nature lovers. We aim to achieve this by collaborating and working with other organizations, brands, and programs as partners in our mission to facilitate access to the outdoors for disabled youth, report on diversity and encourage inclusion in outdoor and climate spaces, and challenge the status quo of who belongs in the outdoors.
